continue their life, from childhood he learned how hard life, because they saw
their mother had to struggle to make a living day and night, made him eager to

cosmetics goods at the age of 7 years. Next, after his school days he continued
his efforts on a small scale business from house to house to sell herbs and
various kinds of beauty products. Starting with the proceeds of his business,
Dato Aliff rented a kiosk to be a place of his business because at the time,
earned income cannot afford to build their own companies. After all this time
he has more business and income, he has the body of a beauty products company D
'Herb with his own brand of Company D' Herb Healthy Sdn.Bhd and managed to
produce his first product of collagen lipstick first in Malaysia although he
was aware of the suffering but his failure as a challenge to continue in
business. Sometimes we are under and sometimes above. (Usahawan.com , 2016).
In addition, Dato Aliff believe that an
entrepreneur can succeed if we believe in ourselves and the abilities
themselves, we can achieve this success only where, without a backward glance.
Next, all that could be done if we really believe in the success and failure,
if we are successful means we are trying so hard to have success, if we deal
with failure and do not easily discouraged to continue to rise again. He hopes
to expand the brand D'Herb as a global brand.
A mother will not let their children live to
see their sad predicament and hunger, hence, he is determined to help her
mother selling even this self feels embarrassed but rejected all feeling it. He
is a successful entrepreneur who follow in the footsteps of her mother, Dato
'Shukri Aliff young entrepreneurs in the business of beauty products D' Herb
become the number one choice in Malaysia.
