            Entrepreneurs who have a high power of observation is said to be one who can see the future more distant from the public to the opportunities that will be taken. This is because entrepreneurs have this feature easy to choose the strategic environment in which there are many consumers who want to buy the product. For example, Sam Walton or by his real name Samuel Moore Walton wise to choose a location that is quite unique business and situated in the heart of the city that became the focus of all walks of life to build a retail business called Wal-Mart Corporation.

For starters, he worked only on agriculture and farming with his family. After a while bathed in these fields, he felt the family farming sector can not meet the needs of his family life, they have decided to move from Oklahoma to Missouri and began with the industrial investments and real estate (Mahmood et al., 2010). After he completed his higher education at the University of Missouri, Columbia in Economics, he served as an ROTC officer. In addition, he is also a member of the Professional Business Fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi. After some time the position he held, he was involved in the military in the US Army Intelligence Corps, as a security supervisor at the airport and war camp (Mahmood et al., 2010).

Next, he began to engage in business and plans to establish a network of retail stores to buy Ben Franklin variety store chain in Newport, Arkansas using the franchise system. Thanks to the ingenuity and dedication of his handling of the business, he was able to learn and retail businesses by buying goods in large quantities and at low prices from suppliers and distributors. Among the factors of his success ialaj craft, berinsiatif, clever seize the opportunity, and wise in choosing a business location. In addition, his business has also gained confidence in the quality and reasonable price (Mahmood et al., 2010).

Wal-Mart Corporation, led by him was commissioned in 1962 in Rogers, Arkansas, which is also the largest retail networks in the world. Up to 2004 alone, the best achievement of his business is to provide job opportunities for 1.5 million people. The success of Wal-Mart Corporation is also concerned about the persistence and demands of various customers. Achievement attained not only for his sake alone, but he also has a lot to contribute to the development of society (Mahmood et al., 2010).

In conclusion, the success of Wal-Mart Corporation is caused by the Sam Walton who has the power of observation that high wisely choose strategic business location that has many users to conduct its retail business.
