            Motivate for yourself in entrepreneurship is important for businesses to carry out and expand. It is important at every step and the key to customer satisfaction. In order to become an entrepreneur you will bring not only the burden of your new business but if you use them, the cost of having to pay salaries and support others as much as necessary. Therefore, you will have little time to worry about your own needs. So if you do not like who you are and need to be in any way selfish or get away from it all on a regular basis, the entrepreneurial life may not be for you.

Entrepreneurs should not other-centered in their view, have a positive outlook, will give you confidence; will be able to accept criticism, pragmatic and generally optimistic. Confidence is important. Without confidence not only entrepreneurs do not believe in a brighter future but will not be any people who work for him or her - an instant recipe for disaster. Self-motivation is the ability to motivate you, to find the reason and the strength needed to do something, without having influenced to do so by others. In another word, this is a work by a careful and consistent without despair. Therefore, it is the dedication and determination to do whatever it takes to get things done and be successful.

Rita Sosilawati are the best entrepreneur that know by people because she totally had a lot of self motivated that how she are controlled herself after confront a serious situation murder which the victim is her mother or a founder of Beauty and Spa (Nouvelles Visages), Datuk Sosilawati Lawiyaa. Rita successfully lead the organization without any problem. Her mother’s case was the largest issues in Malaysia a few years ago. Motivation is a set of internal forces and external initiate personal behavior and decides the style of direction and duration. The person who loses their motivation will alert less effort with surrounding. Motivation in the workplace is important for several reasons. For example, Rita Sosilawati that motivated will perform effectively in organizations.

The world came crushing down on Erni Dekritawati Yuliana Buhari when her mother, cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya, was murdered at Banting in 2010. But the daughter, better known as Rita, who was 25 then, was determined to continue her mother’s legacy. Rita, now 28, is firmly in the saddle, taking charge of her mother’s business – Nouvelle Beauty Centre Sdn Bhd. She is running the show as the chief executive officer and managing director of the multi-million ringgit direct selling company. She want to prove that she can live up to her mother’s reputation and go even further.

Motivation can defined as a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way.  In other words, motivation is the end result of a combination of individual and work-setting characteristics that interact in various ways to elicit individual action. Rita Sosilawati successfully built their emotional about her mother murdered and takes over her mother position as leader of Beauty and Spa (Nouvelles Visages) from 2010. The company now has a workforce of 50 to 60 staff and the brand boasts more than 30 stockists and 500 outlets nationwide. Its products are sold in Brunei, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.
